Lutes Construction has innovative, commercial construction solutions that transform your space to a place where healing can happen. We specialize in healthcare-specific projects, creating beautiful spaces in which to experience some of life's most important moments. We are not trying to be the biggest, but consistently strive to be the absolute best by focusing on three areas:
1. We will work primarily in our core market. More than 90% of our business is in the Healthcare Sector and our clients have come to consider us experts in what matters most when working in a healthcare environment: Infection Prevention and Containment, Safety, and special attention to details that help ensure Patient Satisfaction ratings are not affected by construction.
2. We will carefully select our clients and treat them like family. Our clients deserve to be treated like their project is a priority, regardless of the size. This philosophy ensures more than 82% of our customers are either "repeat" (2 or more projects annually) or "habitual" (customers who use us for 15 or more projects annually). We acknowledge that our clients made a choice to trust us to complete their project, and we don't take that for granted. As their contractor, we have a responsibility to earn that trust by delivering a project that meets their expectations with regards to Budget, Scope and Schedule with exceptional Quality, every time.

Brandon Lutes, President
Brandon was born and raised in Summerville, SC. His first job at 15 was as a laborer on the site of the old Charleston County Jail during its renovation into an office building. Over the next several years, he worked in various construction trades and sales until graduating from The Citadel in 2006. Brandon founded Lutes Property Services after identifying a need for someone who could provide comprehensive maintenance services. While working for a General Contractor, a client called looking for someone to fix a hole in an exam room wall. Always dedicated to taking care of the client, Brandon fixed it himself, Lutes Property Services began and the client hasn't stopped calling since. Brandon now lives in Summerville with his wife and 3 boys. A member of the Summerville Evening Rotary Club, he also serves on the boards of the Dorchester Children's Center and Girl Scouts of Eastern South Carolina.
